This is a chance to socialize, unwind, have a fun filled day of fitness and wellness with fellow Veterans
We're starting with 2 educational sessions
10a-11a: Financial Literacy
11a - 12p: Health education(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD)
12p - 4pm: fitness/wellness classes, performances, food, music, etc.....
